Is my delivery estimate guaranteed?
We'll do our best to meet shipping estimates, however can't guarantee them as carriers may have delays especially at peak times like holidays and Christmas.
Do your cases support wireless charging?
Our Slim and Tough Cases support wireless charging however our Folio Wallets and Tough + Card probably won’t depending on the charger used.
I am not sure what phone model I have?
The easiest way to check your phone's model is to use the phone itself.
SAMSUNG and GOOGLE phones - Go to the Settings or Options menu, scroll to the bottom of the list and check 'About phone', 'About device' or similar.
APPLE iPhones - Go to the Settings menu, then General and then select About. The device name / model number will be listed for both scenarios.
What is the difference between Slim and Tough cases?
Slim cases provide only scratch protection whereas our Tough cases provide all round protection including help if you drop your phone - although we cannot guarantee no damage will occur.
Do all your cases have the Card Holder?
No, only the option of Tough + Card comes with a card holder. Slim and standard Tough cases do not include a card holder. Our folio wallets do also hold cards.
Are your cases made of real wood?
No, all cases are printed plastic with a design that is made to look like wood or fabric. They are not real wood, fabric or gold!
Can I cancel my order once placed?
You can request a cancellation within 2 hours of your purchase, after that we will probably not be able to cancel your order due to our printing processes.
What's the Life Warranty?
We are so confident with the quality of our cases that if your case has a manufacturer defect for the time that you own it, we will send you new replacement - like for like. This is limited to a maximum of 2 replacements.
Is wear and tear covered by the Lifetime Warranty?
Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, regardless of the age of the product, but does not cover normal wear and tear.
Common examples of wear and tear that would not be covered under the lifetime warranty include colors fading, abrasions on the case or damage from being dropped.
Do you accept Returns and Exchanges?
We gladly accept returns. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery and send items back to us within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we do not accept returns for customised items. Returns will need to be sent to our store based in the United States at your expense.
Unfortunately we do not process exchanges. You will simply need to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the correct item.
